Of the two posts, one post is reserved for Physically Handicapped persons with disability viz. HearingHandicapped (HH) or Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with One LegAffected (OL). QUALIFICATION : ESSENTIAL : A. EDUCATIONAL :

B. EXPERIENCE
: Two years’ practicalexperience in Production/Development/Quality Assurance in any of the following fields:- i) Preparationof documents for specification i.e. BIS internal standards, standards of manufacturing. ii) Testing of Samples (Mechanical properties). iii) Sampling, Inspection, Quality control activities during manufactureor after manufacture of mechanical/Textile products. iv) Any development work on indigenization, valueengineering/work study, product improvement etc. v) Creation of test facilities: a) Procurement of testequipment b) Maintenance/operation of test equipment c) Administration of Lab facilities d) Calibrationof Lab equipment for testing mechanical/textile products.
DESIRABLE
: i) Knowledge of German,French, Russian, Japanese or Chinese Language. ii) Knowledge of Computer.
DUTIES
: Preparation of specifications and vetting of documents pertaining to procurement of items/stores. Technical evaluation,testing, inspection and Quality Assurance activities of equipments, systems/sub-systems and storesindented by the Services pertaining to the relevant discipline. Creation of test facilities as per various laiddown standards/specifications. Value engineering studies of items/stores. Product improvement,indigenization and development work on systems/products. Interaction with the Industry and preparationof capacity /capability reports. Technical documentation. Administration of test labs.2.

QUALIFICATION : ESSENTIAL : A.EDUCATIONAL :
i) A recognized MBBS Qualification included in the First or the Second Scheduleor Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act,1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil theconditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned Speciality i.e. MD (Dermatology)/ MD (Dermatology/Venereology)/ MD in Medicine with diploma in Dermatology/ D.D. or equivalent.
B. EXPERIENCE
: Three years’experience in the concerned Speciality (Dermatology) after obtaining the first Post-Graduate Degree orfive years’ experience after obtaining Post-Graduate Diploma.
NOTE I:
The Medical qualificationspossessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in therespective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached.
NOTE II:
In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities areconcerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amendedfrom time to time. Holder of equivalent Post-Graduate qualifications are approved by the Medical Councilof India from time to time will be considered to have requisite Post-Graduate qualification in the subjectconcerned. In case of medical posts other than allopathic system of medicine, the qualification should beincluded in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entirerequirements of the Board concerned.

DUTIES
: To work in the

Dispensaries and Hospitals of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and shall be primarily handling patients of various types in these Hospitals and dispensaries for medical care.
